SECP makes some changes in Independent Auditors Report
SECP notified SRO 141(1)/2020 to issued draft amendments in the Auditors (Reporting Obligations) Regulations 2018.
Under the said regulations, the companies are required to submit the auditors report on consolidated financial statements.
